Personality: Ashton is not your typical girl. She is loud. She's obnoxious and she doesn't give a d**n about what you think about her. She dresses the way she wants and acts the way that she wants. Though many people would refer to her as a 'freak', she prefers the term 'individual'. She cannot stand cliques or sterotypes. She doesn't have many friends and doesn't make them very easily. Though, the friends that she does have are very close to her heart. She gets along with the guys more than girls, being a tomboy at heart. However, Ashton is a hopeless romantic. She has had several relationships, but only once has she been in love. All the other times it was all a physical attraction. Deep down inside, past her hard visage, she just wants to be loved and needed. She has had her heart broken too many times and finds it hard to trust anyone. No matter what the circumstance, She keeps a cool, calm demenor all the time. At least on the outside...
On the inside, Ashton is going crazy. Dealing with her Bipolar disorder is more than she can handle. She has horrible mood swings and often doesn't know what she is feeling exactly. She is attempting to control 'the beast inside of her' as she likes to put it, but she is losing. It's a battle that she has fought since ever since she can remember. She refuses medication because she believes that it is not neccisary for her well being. She can handle it all on her own. She's extremly strong willed and will not let anything get in her way. Though, sometimes her disease will. She often feels out of control of herself. She tries to keep to herself in fear of ruining any friendship or relationship that she might have. Overall, Ashton is just a girl trying to find her place in the world.

Apperance: If one should stereotype Ashton McArnold, it would be as a 'scene' person. She loves to wear bright colors and things that would make people look twice. She is always wearing something that no one has ever seen before. Her hair is bleach blonde and often has several diffrent colors in it. Her eyes are always lined in black eyeliner and bright colors on her lids. She loves to catch your attention and hold it. She loves being looked at, even if it is in disqust.

History: Ashton was born to a single mother. Her father had found out that her mother was pregnant and booked out a week before Ashton was born. She has never met her biological father. However, she has a step father who has raised her from the time she was 4. He is truely her father. Her mother suffers from sever depression and is often not there when Ashton needs her. Her step-father works almost 24/7 to try and maintain the household and rarely has time to spend with her. Ashton has become accustom to living on her own. She has to take care of both herself and her mother and try to keep things together for her step-father.
When Ashton was 14 she was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. Her mother nor her step-father accepted it. Ashton was forced to deal with it on her own. When she was 16, things started getting really bad at home and school was a nightmare. Ashton proceeded to drop out of school. Due to the ups and downs of her disease, she fell into a deep depression in which she started to self-mutilate. This went on for a year before, in her mind, things got too bad to live with. On March 14th, 2001, Ashton attempted suicide. She was home alone that evening and had gone to her mothers medicne cabinate and swallowed 10 maximum strenght sleeping pills. She was found passed out and barely breathing on the couch by her father. She spent 2 weeks in a phyciatric hospital where she recived the help that she needed. To this day, Ashton still battles with the Bipolar and it is a battle she will forever be trying to win.

Money status: Barely scraping by on her fathers income
